Oumou has a current Child Development Associate Certification from the National Council for Professional Recognition and 10 years’ experience in Early Childhood. She is also a member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children. Oumou began working as an Infant caregiver after her son was born so she could remain as close as possible to him while he was a very young infant. She then moved into a cooking position for several years helping out doing office tasks and some
